Tsunami or Vioxx?
The death count from the Tsunami has reached 176,000. This a horrible tragedy of Nature. Here at home we have another tradgey. Not one of Nature, but one of Man. One of Drug men and women. One of regulators of Food and Drugs. These people's death count may already have exceeded that by the unleashing of Vioxx, Celebrex and Aleive.
We will long rue our "Drug Tsunami of 2004". The reason for the horror of the real Tsunami and the Drug Tsunami is that in the first, a lot of pictures of great numbers of bodies were visible. The terrible death rate that occurred here due to Vioxx, Celebrex and Aleive, left the bodies scattered across the Nation. A lot less visible.

I once took Celebrex for about three days. I know why it is killing people. I was worse after taking it than before and had some horrible side effects for a few days.
Talk about the cure being worse than the disease!
