Cleanse Follow-Up Schedule for After the 8th Day and Completion of Cleanse Program

Take two (2) capfuls of Aloe (may be diluted in a small amount of water).  Swish the liquid all throughout the mouth (regardless of taste) and swallow.

Sweet cravings should subside in a few days.  The Aloe also protects against upper respiratory infections, dilute more if the taste is too strong.

Seven Essentials is a combination of seven missing synergistic nutrient groups, including protein, oils, essential fats, enzymes, vitamins, minerals and probiotics.  (Eat more Seven Essentials if hungry).

Drink only water or tea (no carbonated water).

Days 1-4:  Vegetables, oils, Seven Essentials and follow supplement schedule.  Also, test urine pH each morning.

Days 5-8: Add grains (brown rice, millet, quinoa, buckwheat, amaranth, or wild rice).  Test pH first urine each morning.

Your normal diet can be resumed once enzymes are finished.

If you experience extreme fatigue, headaches or nausea, soak in a hot tub with one cup of Epsom salts.

Keep a daily dairy of foods eaten, urine pH and any reactions experienced.  If you feel nauseated, take a teaspoonful of salt.

Every part of the program is critical.  Do as directed rather than following supplement bottle labels.
