schedule. Also, test urine pH each morning. Days 5-8: Add grains (brown rice, millet, quinoa, buckwheat, amaranth, or wild rice). Test pH first urine each morning. Your normal diet can be resumed once enzymes are finished. If you experience extreme fatigue, headaches or nausea, soak in a hot tub with one cup of Epsom salts.
