4. How to Do the 8-Day Body Cleanse & What is in the
Package
 Here is what is involved in doing the
8-Day Body Cleanse
One eats low-calorie vegetables, healthy oils & spices,
water or herbal tea.
Gluten-free grains are permitted the last four days of the
program.
One takes four supplements that are provided in the kit.
One monitors his/her urine pH using a pH tape provided in
the kit.
To help move toxins out of the body, it is advisable to
engage in daily stretching, walking, sauna, massage, etc.
When the instructions are followed, the 8-Day Body Cleanse
will accomplish more detoxification of the body than a 40 day water fast
would accomplish. The 8-Day Body Cleanse is safe and easy to do.
The four supplements that are provided in the 8-Day Body Cleanse are as
follows:
The purpose of the
Seven Essentials is to provide
abundant, cellular nourishment and antioxidants to combat free radicals.
The purpose of
Aloe is to kill the virus and Candida that like to congregate
in the mouth and throat. There is enough
Aloe to last ten days at three servings per day. Do not
follow the instructions on the
Aloe bottle. Those instructions are for when you are
not doing the 8-Day Body Cleanse. Three times per day, after meals,
take two capfuls of
Aloe, either full strength or diluted
with water. Swish the
Aloe through your mouth so that the
Aloe has contact with all parts of your mouth and even try to
squirt it between your teeth. Keep swishing it through your mouth for
a full minute. Don't spit it out, but instead, swallow it when done
swishing. Use two capfuls of
Aloe each time. If the
Aloe taste is too bitter for you, then you may dilute it with
water (dilute in up to a 1/2 cup of water).
Aloe comes in
Natural or
Kiwi Strawberry flavors.
The purpose of the
Cleansing Enzymes is three-fold:
First, to dissolve toxic storage sites in the intestinal tract and
throughout the body. Second, to improve liver function. And,
third to help populate the intestines with good bacteria. There are
120 capsules in the bottle. You should take 15 capsules per day -
spaced one hour apart. If you miss taking a capsule, take extra the
next time to catch up.
The purpose of the
Parasite Killing Formula Cleanse is to kill
parasites in the body, including all stages of eggs, larvae and adults.
There are 180 capsules in the bottle. Take a total of six capsules per
day (divided into two or three servings) for 30 days.
Note: don't stop taking these
capsules at the end of eight days. Continue for 30 days or until the
bottle is empty. This is the only part of the program that goes beyond eight
days unless you choose to maintain optimal health by continuing daily with
Seven Essentials.
Also, urine pH test strips are provided in the 8-Day
Body Cleanse kit. Use a test strip to determine your urine pH first
thing each morning (first urination, mid-stream). Compare the
resulting color of the test strip to the chart to determine the pH.
The goal is a urine pH of 6.2.
How to Interpret PH readings?
Readings higher than 6.5 may indicate allergies
and/or high numbers of micro-organisms, such as fungus.
If your pH is high, we suggest increasing by 50% the amount
of
Aloe and
Parasite Cleanse you are taking (take 4 to
5 servings of
Aloe per day, instead of 3; and 9
capsules per day of
Parasite Cleanse, instead of 6).
Readings lower than 6.0 may indicate either very low amounts of
minerals in the body or possibly the presence of heavy metals in your body.
(Determining if heavy metals are a problem for you requires professional
assistance.)
If your pH is low, we strongly recommend that you replenish
your body with minerals during a full year of mineral supplementation.
For instance, we recommend taking six capsules a day of the
Kona Deep Sea Minerals to build up your mineral reserves.
On days five through eight (when you are eating whole
grains), make sure to notice if your pH goes up. If it does, it
probably means that fungus are increasing within your body and that you
should take extra
Aloe and
Parasite Cleanse to combat them.
Recommended for highly toxic persons (or with Candida) or
those who wish to simply get an Extreme Cleanse:
Rather than begin eating low-gluten, whole grains on day
five, you can continue eating only vegetables one or more additional days
(or for the entire eight days).
After the 8-Day Body Cleanse
In combination with doing at least one 8-Day Body Cleanse
each year, we recommend eating Seven Essentials
daily. Nothing will provide your body with more antioxidants and raw
food nutrients. Also, taking a capsule of
Cleansing Enzymes with any meal of cooked or processed food, will
help keep your body clean. In addition, by drinking
Aloe once a day you will help keep your body
free of fungus.
