If you are not satisfied with the results you achieved with any of our products, simply call us at 888-834-9811 to receive a RPA number that is necessary for all returns.  Credit can not be applied to your account without an RPA number.

You will need to have a copy of your original invoice and all original bottles or canisters (empty or full) to return to us. 

When you receive the RPA number, you will need a copy of the original invoice signed stating why the product did not work for you.  You will need to clearly print the RPA number on the outside of the box and send to the address given to you with the RPA number.

Once Integris has received the returned products, it will take approximately 4-6 weeks to fully process the return (minus the cost of shipping).
