RAW
food contains enzymes which are needed by the body for digestion
and other functions. Although some digestive enzymes are found
in the body, a diet consisting of only COOKED or microwaved
foods will quickly deplete them. On the other hand, RAW foods
can be difficult for some people to digest, and may pass through
the body without being broken down completely. A mixture of RAW
and COOKED foods is generally best. COOKED vegetables should be
