Natural Health
Add Years to Your
Life and Life to Your Years!
There are four things essential to good health:
1) getting proper nutrients in our body, 2) decreasing the
amount of food we intake, 3) stopping free radical damage and 4)
controlling our blood sugar. We can achieve all of these
objectives by drinking Seven Essentials because it:
• Provides the body with the vital nutrients it
needs.
• Contains natural sugars
• Triggers brain chemicals to tell the body it’s full.
• Protects the body from sugar spikes.
• Helps control blood sugar levels.
• Helps reduce sugar cravings and overeating.
• Has fiber to slow the speed the body absorbs sugar.
• Helps rid our body of damaging toxic buildup.
• Is full of proteins, essential oils and antioxidants.
We must increase our nutrient intake and reduce
our food intake (especially simple carbohydrates), especially
during the upcoming holiday season. Here’s a no-brainer:
DRINK
A
SEVEN ESSENTIALS
BEFORE EACH MEAL!
Thirty minutes after drinking each Seven Essentials, go ahead
and eat a small meal. In fact, eat your
small
meal
from a
small
saucer
plate – stay away from those
big
dinner
plates! You will feel more focused and orderly, you’ll be able
to think more clearly and your blood sugars will be more level.

William Kellas, Ph.D
ANOTHER BENEFIT OF SEVEN ESSENTIALS
NUTRIENT DENSE
SUPER-FOOD!
Discomfort, disease and death are often a direct
result of a deficiency of nutrition. Seven Essentials includes
nutrient dense, highly assimilable food that addresses this root
cause of poor health and provides useable building blocks for
our cells to stay healthy. Our cells love it and the result is
great health! Seven Essentials provides the body with an
abundance of nutrition that positively impacts your health. |

DID YOU KNOW…?
• A Florida study showed that if we cut the
calories we eat by 35% we can actually add 6-10 years to our
life.
• Over processed foods mean we don’t chew as much so we eat too
fast.
• In the brain there is a lag time between
being
full and
feeling
full.
• Overeating occurs because of artificial foods and high
fructose, which prevent the correct hormone from telling our
brain we are full.
• When we overeat, we build up toxins and increase free radical
damage.
• Many of the nutrients our body must have to be healthy are not
available today in the foods we consume. |

HEALTH IS MORE THAN JUST THE
ABSENCE OF DISEASE! ACCORDING TO THE WORLD HEALTH
ORGANIZATION, "HEALTH IS A STATE OF OPTIMAL WELL-BEING." THE
IDEA IS THAT HEALTH GOES BEYOND CURING
ILLNESS TO
ACHIEVING
WELLNESS,
WHICH REQUIRES BALANCING THE WHOLE PERSON: PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL,
MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL. THIS BROADER, MORE WHOLE-ISTIC APPROACH TO
HEALTH IS AN ONGOING PROCESS. |
“The key to rebuilding and keeping your
health is finding
the root cause.
This approach of getting to the root cause has been the keynote
of our success. Folks, it’s a little bit like getting rid of the
weeds in your garden. Rather than trim back the weeds
(suppressing the evidence of their presence) it is our belief
that if you pull the weeds out at the root, starting with the
most offensive kind first, then you will be the most effective.
The flowers will have room to bloom, where once the weeds
crowded them out. Once the truth of this concept begins to water
the garden that you
have been laboring in, you will be rid of those weeds once and
for all, and the fragrance of beautiful flowers will fill your
life.” ~Dr. Bill

Last night our youngest son was asked to say the dinner prayer.
Our family struggled to hide our smiles as he prayed: “…and

HEALTH HINTS
• Breast and colon cancers are 50% less common
in those who are moderately active at least four times a week.
Physical activity does a body good!
• Sugary foods make blood sugar levels soar and crash, causing
you to binge. Focus on protein, fruits and vegetables. Cucumber
on a rye cracker will not trigger the negative effects that a
box of chocolates will.
• If you must indulge, high cocoa content chocolates have much
less impact on blood sugar, and are more satisfying.
• About ¼ of breakfasts eaten by adults in the U.S. are eaten at
McDonalds. This is a very sad commentary on the future health of
our country.
• Consumption of dietary fiber reduces constipation problems,
the most common gastrointestinal complaint in the U.S.
• Physical activity helps develop strong bones and muscles, can
reduce risk for health problems, and promotes self-confidence
and a positive self-image.
• Choosing healthier foods, like fruits & veggies, can help
reduce your risk of many diseases, like diabetes, coronary heart
disease, high cholesterol, stroke, high blood pressure,
arthritis and cancers. |

YOUR HEALTH IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
We’ve been raised to believe that our health
depends on the quality of the healthcare we receive. The truth
is: YOUR health is YOUR responsibility! You are the only person
who can make the lifestyle decisions that contribute to your
wellbeing. You are the one who must take the steps to preserve
your health and promote your wellness. Only you have the power
to create wellness for yourself. Your power lies in the choices
you make every day on your own behalf. If you react out of habit
or fixed attitudes, you’re not using your choices wisely to
create wellness in your life. You should:
Expand your focus beyond mere physical health.
Strive to
balance the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.
Establish
good relationships with family, friends & environment.
Gather
information and make informed health choices.
Actively
participate in your health decisions. |
Making a Real Difference with Real Nutrition!
“I
have been a dentist for 22 years. In dental school I took a
nutrition course. We were taught that fruits & vegetables were
good, and that sugar was bad. We were NOT taught the difference
between
complex
and
simple
carbohydrates.
We did not understand that
simple
carbohydrates quickly turn into sugar in the blood stream.
Recently, a friend told me about Seven Essentials. I read as
much as I could about it and decided to give it a try. I drank
the Seven Essentials for a few mornings and didn’t notice much.
But after a week I noticed I had more energy. I wasn’t feeling
that afternoon lull any more. Then I noticed I wasn’t craving
junk food. I didn’t feel a need for high calorie foods because
my body was better satisfied by Seven Essentials. I am quite a
skeptic, so I asked myself if I was experiencing a placebo
effect. After taking Seven Essentials regularly for two months,
my answer is NO! We live on such high-calorie, low-nutrient
diets. I’m surprised we don’t have more health problems! Many
diseases go undetected and are silent killers, even though they
could be treated with nutrition. I have come to realize that I
do not want to live a long life - if it isn’t healthy! Thank you
for Seven Essentials, a product that will keep me healthy for
many years to come. Being a skeptic, that’s saying a lot!”

Healthy Holidays!
|
|
HEALTHY CHOICES BEGIN WITH HEALTHY THOUGHTS.
As you prepare for the holidays, think about what you can do to
enjoy fitness and nutritious foods.
TURN TO EXERCISE – NOT TO FOOD! When
overwhelmed and stressed, we tend to eat more and sleep less.
Consciously choose exercise to reduce stress.
BE A HEALTHY HOSTESS! People will eat what
you serve. Offer healthy foods. Stay away from sugary desserts.
Set out colorful fruits & veggies.
PLAN SIMPLE MENUS. Offer an entree, side
dish, vegetable and fruit. The less there is to choose from, the
less you’ll eat.
NEVER GO HUNGRY! Drink your E7 and eat a
regular meal before going to a party.
SAVOR YOUR FAVORITES AND SKIP THE REST!
Limit extras to prevent weight gain. If the food item is not
absolutely “to die for” wonderful, why eat it? |
MOVE AWAY FROM THE FOOD TABLE! Do not set
yourself up for failure by tempting yourself to
“stand-pick-and-eat.”
TALK A LOT & LISTEN EVEN MORE! The more you
talk and listen, the less you eat. The party may be all about
food, but you can be all about socializing. Make eating
secondary.
GO SLOW. It takes 15-20 minutes for the
signal to reach your brain that your stomach is full.
PLAN FOR PHYSICAL FITNESS. Take a break from
entertaining, shopping, cooking and cleaning! Enjoy a walk, a
jingle-bell jog or dance to Christmas carols. Any exercise has
benefits!
AVOID ALCOHOL. Alcohol impairs judgment,
stimulates the appetite and is hard on the liver. |
