Back Pain
Back pain is so common that 80% of adults will have it at some time
in their lives.
Back pain is the most common type of pain reported. The back is
used for nearly every move you make and it is easily injured.
Overuse or strain to the muscles, disks and ligaments are the most
common reasons for back pain.
The chances of back pain are increased when the person has poor
posture or is overweight. Sufferers of back pain should be careful
to keep their purse or backpacks as light as possible, maintain correct
posture even when sitting, and sleep on a supportive mattress.

Reducing the
inflammation in your muscles and joints can ease back pain.
Fruits and vegetables can reduce inflammation. Avoid foods with
trans fats, high amounts of sugar or highly processed foods. These
promote inflammation. Exercise and not smoking also reduce
