Dark Chocolate Lowers Blood Pressure!

Well, now there is a reason to eat chocolate. Dark chocolate
that is.
Dark chocolate can make you healthier. It contains flavonoids.
The higher the cacao, the darker the chocolate, the higher the
flavonoids.
Flavonoids lower blood pressure in sufferers of hypertension and it
can keep it lower in healthy patients. Dark chocolate also keeps
platelets in the blood from clumping thus reducing the risk of heart
attack or stroke.
But, be careful. Older women who consume chocolate daily tend
to have lower bone density.
